We are ambitious architects who share a can do attitude.
Led by Andrew Khoury and Heidi Alden, the team at Khoury Architects provides a fresh perspective on challenges that can arise during the architectural process, whether they are presented by planning restrictions, environmental constraints of a site or a particularly demanding brief. We think outside the box and respond with considered and logical solutions. We are dynamic, ambitious and innovative and strive to bring these qualities to all that we do.
We changed the use of a building in St Paul’s Cathedral Conservation Area from commercial to residential; added 3 new build floors of luxury apartments and carried out construction with only 2.5m width of access.
We redesigned 130 standard houses on a rural exception site in Norfolk into highly sustainable renewable homes to secure a £3M grant from the Department of Energy & Climate Change.
We transformed 13 dis-used chicken sheds on Green Belt land in Solihull into 13 residential dwellings under permitted development rights.
Khoury Architects is supported by an extended team of competent and reliable consultants, subcontractors and suppliers, all experts within their relevant field.
By combining collective qualities of creativity, innovation, and professionalism the KA Community is proudly greater than the sum of its parts.
