You can be assured of consistent leadership throughout a project, with a Director assuming responsibility for design inception and working closely with a Project Architect. The Director is fully involved in the project throughout its duration and encourages critical evaluation to ensure that design ideas are progressively tested, refined and reviewed against the brief. Regular design reviews encourage input from all team members and ensure that different elements of a building work on every level while remaining coherent and true to the design.
