Heidi graduated from the University of Durham in 1995 with an Honours degree in Languages and Business. She gained a broad knowledge of business to business marketing while working as European Marketing Manager at FTSE, the Index Company, in London. Latterly, she has worked for Merry Hill Shopping Centre in the West Midlands where her successful marketing career has been enhanced by experience of working with the consumer. Heidi assumed responsibility for running business units and small teams, giving her an excellent understanding of business development, human resource management, finance and accounts and office management for which she is responsible at Khoury Architects.
