- 3000 square foot of office space and interview rooms designed over two storeys
- Housing office has been strategically located to encourage resident footfall and deter antisocial behaviour
- The design maximises natural light to the interior space with louvers to protect from solar gain and promotes natural ventilation through horizontal aluminium louvers
